How It Works

Step 1: Fill Out The Form

Fill out the form to the right of your screen and choose whether you'd like to print a free shipping label or have us send you a free kit.

Step 2: Mail Your Gold  (Choose one option)

- Print A Free Label

1. After completing the form and choosing to "Print A Free Label", a new link will appear. Click on it to view and print your pre-paid shipping label.

2. Gather your old, broken and unwanted gold items.

3. Pack your gold, affix the pre-paid label to your own packaging material and simply drop your package into any US Postal Service mailbox near you.

- Mail Me A Free Kit

1. After completing the form and choosing to "Mail Me A Free Kit", we will immediately ship you our secure kit which will take about 3-5 business days to arrive at your doorstep.

2. Gather your old, broken or unwanted gold items and place them in the supplied plastic bag.

3. Insert the plastic bag, the payment information form into the white return envelope supplied and simply drop into any US Postal Service mailbox near you.

Step 3: Receive Payment

You will immediately be informed via email when we receive your package. Your package will then enter the processing stream and within 24 hours we will email you the cash offer for your gold. Reply to your offer with 'Accept' and a check will be mailed out to you within 24 hours. Reply to your offer with 'Reject' and your items will be returned to you free of charge.
